Excellent Stay Near the Parks

I appreciated the convenient shuttles to Universal parks. They ran frequently. The hot tub was spacious. A cafe offered decent food options during convenient hours. It was easy to grab a quick bite before heading out for the day. The luggage service was efficient and quick.

I noticed the hotel needs more staff focused on keeping the pool and lobby areas super clean. Extra cleaning would really enhance the experience.

The hotel features convenient water dispensers on each floor. There is a laundry facility that costs $4 per load. Frequent buses depart to all the parks. The gym has modern equipment for a good workout, too.

Rooms offer sufficient space and a functional bathroom. The rooms feature individually selected materials with care. The air conditioning worked well. You can see Epic Universe from rooms, pretty COOL!!!

The location allows for walking distance to Epic Universe. Shuttles provide a quick ride to CityWalk and legacy parks. This makes travel easy. Uber is an option to access other area parks.

The cafe downstairs gets busy in the morning. The hotel offers pizza that is a great value. It is perfect after a day at the parks. The food was AMAZING!!!
