the new hotel looks like it is from another world. the colors of the walls are nice!!! the staff were very attentive, and check-in was easy. buses to all the parks depart frequently.

i have never before stayed in a hotel where there are 2 twin beds in a room and they only iron one of get beds. it gives a very sloppy first impression.

Excellent Stay Near the Parks

I appreciated the convenient shuttles to Universal parks. They ran frequently. The hot tub was spacious. A cafe offered decent food options during convenient hours. It was easy to grab a quick bite before heading out for the day. The luggage service was efficient and quick.

I noticed the hotel needs more staff focused on keeping the pool and lobby areas super clean. Extra cleaning would really enhance the experience.

The hotel features convenient water dispensers on each floor. There is a laundry facility that costs $4 per load. Frequent buses depart to all the parks. The gym has modern equipment for a good workout, too.

Rooms offer sufficient space and a functional bathroom. The rooms feature individually selected materials with care. The air conditioning worked well. You can see Epic Universe from rooms, pretty COOL!!!

The location allows for walking distance to Epic Universe. Shuttles provide a quick ride to CityWalk and legacy parks. This makes travel easy. Uber is an option to access other area parks.
